1. DATA PROCESSOR
Your personal details shall be processed by UNANIMUN, located in Bellaterra, at Edifici d’Estudiants, Plaça Cívica de la UAB, 08193, Cerdanyola, and with Spanish Tax Identification Number (NIF) G-08266298.
2. PURPOSES
The data shall be processed for the purpose of maintaining a relationship with you in order to be able to inform you about events that may be in your interest as a journalist.
3. COMMUNICATION OF DATA
Your data shall not be transferred, sold, rented or made available in any other way to any third party, except to those which supply services to UNANIMUN, which perform certain activities for the association (such as information storage), but that in no case shall process the data for their own purposes.
4. DURATION OF THE PROCESSING
All of the data that you provide to us, shall be processed for three years following your last participation in any event or press conference held by UNANIMUN.
After the term indicated in the first paragraph of this section, UNANIMUN shall withhold your duly anonym zed data for statistical purposes or market analysis, whenever possible, or duly blocked to comply with any legal obligation of the association.
5. EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS
At any time you may revoke your consent to any of the uses of data indicated above.
Likewise, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation or portability through written communication addressed to Edifici d’Estudiants, Plaça Cívica de la UAB, 08193 Bellaterra with the reference “Personal Data”, or by email to unanimun@unanimun.org
Additionally, you may file a claim to the competent Governing Authority if you consider UNANIMUN to have processed your data in breach of this Privacy Policy or any other applicable regulations.
